Pivens 500mg capsule contain the two active ingredients called Omega-3 Fatty Acids and Vitamin E. It is a lipid-lowering agent that belongs to a group called reducers of cholesterol. This medicine treats non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and its more severe form, non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). The capsule effectively decreases fat buildup within the liver and concurrently alleviates cellular inflammation. This dual action is particularly beneficial for individuals dealing with these liver conditions, where fat accumulation and inflammation contribute to the disease's progression. 

Do not take Pivens 500mg capsule if you are allergic to the active substances or any other ingredients of this medicine. Inform your physician if you are going to have or had surgery recently, had trauma recently, or have kidney problems, diabetes, liver diseases, or heart disease. Inform your physician if you are pregnant or breastfeeding before initiating the treatment. Inform your doctor if you are allergic to fish. The most common side effects of Pivens 500mg capsule are abdominal distension, pain, constipation, diarrhea, indigestion, gas, belching, acid reflux, feeling sick, and vomiting. This medicine may increase the frequency of heart rhythm problems in people with heart problems.
