Lorbriqua 100mg tablet is a drug belonging to the class of tyrosine kinase inhibitors, containing the active ingredient Lorlatinib. It is used to treat metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). This is the most common type of lung cancer. Metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is a type of lung cancer that has spread to other parts of the body, such as the bones, liver, brain, or other organs.
During the treatment, your doctor may periodically monitor your white blood cell counts, platelets, blood sugar, electrolytes, and kidney parameters to prevent serious complications.
