Uses:

• Common side effects include hair loss, photosensitivity, rash, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, decreased WBC and platelet count, dizziness, tiredness, fever, shivering, and blurred vision
• Serious side effects include severe allergic reactions, spitting or coughing blood, chest pain, weakness on one side of the body, muscle weakness

Safety Advice:

• Pregnancy: do not use during pregnancy; use effective contraception during treatment and for six months after the last dose
• Breastfeeding: not recommended; do not breastfeed during treatment
• Lungs: use cautiously in patients with lung disorders
• Liver: contraindicated in patients with acute liver failure; dose adjustments necessary if you have liver problems
• Alcohol: unsafe to drink alcohol while taking Plastomet 1000mg Injection
• Driving: do not drive or operate heavy machinery if experiencing side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, or blurred vision

• Use sunscreen when going outdoors due to sun sensitivity

• Inform your physician if you develop sores or white patches on your lips, mouth, or throat while using this medicine
