Pivikto 150mg Tablet

Uses:

  • Treatment of HER2-negative breast cancer in women who have gone through menopause or in men whose cancer worsened during or after certain other treatments.
  • Treatment of certain types of PIK3CA-related overgrowth spectrum (PROS).

Active constituent: Alpelisib.

Therapeutic effects:

  • Pivikto 150mg tablet is a kinase inhibitor of phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase (PI3K) with inhibitory activity predominantly against PI3K-alpha.
  • By blocking the action of enzymes that help cancer cells to grow and multiply, it can reduce cancer growth and spread and help destroy cancer cells.
