Uses:

Mechanism of Action:

• Pegadria 50mg Injection contains doxorubicin encapsulated in a closed lipid sphere (liposome).
• Doxorubicin HCl binds DNA and inhibits nucleic acid synthesis, thereby inhibiting cell division.

Administration:

• Administered intravenously by physicians experienced with cancer chemotherapy.
