Active substance: Pazopanib

Uses:
- Advanced renal cell carcinoma
- Advanced soft tissue sarcoma
Mechanism of action:
- Pazopanib interferes with the growth of blood vessels inside cancer cells by acting against a protein called Vascular Endothelial Growth Factors (VEGF).
- This helps to shrink cancer cells, stopping their growth and multiplication.
Important information:
- Do not take if you are allergic to Pazopanib or any other ingredients of this medicine.
- Inform your physician if you have kidney, heart, lung, or liver problems, bleeding disorders, stomach or bowel problems, and thyroid problems.
- This tablet can raise your blood pressure. Regular blood pressure checks are necessary.
- No dose adjustments are required for patients with kidney diseases.
- Stop taking the tablet at least 7 days before surgeries or dental operations.
- Not recommended for people under 18 years of age.
