Uses:
- Treatment of colon and rectal cancer, particularly in stage 3 after resectioning of the primary tumor.
- Used in combination with other anti-cancer medicines.
Mechanism of action:
- Oplatin 50mg Injection works by damaging the genetic material (DNA and RNA) of cancer cells, interfering with their growth and multiplication.
Important information:
- Store at a temperature below 30°C.
- Protect from light.
- Administered by slow intravenous infusion over 2 to 6 hours.
- Dose prescribed by physician based on body surface area.
Contraindications:
