Pidotimune 400mg tablet contains the active ingredient Pidotimod.  It belongs to the class of drugs known as vaccines and immunologicals. It acts as an immunostimulant. It stimulates the immune system to trigger a protective response against bacteria or viruses that cause recurrent airway infections.  It is used to treat recurrent upper and lower respiratory tract infections in children and adults, acute respiratory tract infections, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disorders, chronic bronchitis, and immunological disorders.
