Granicip 1-DT tablet belongs to the group of medicines known as 5-HT3 receptor antagonists or antiemetics. It contains the active ingredient Granisetron. It is used to prevent and treat nausea, vomiting, or sickness caused by cancer treatments such as chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or after surgery.
