Uses:
- Chronic kidney disease (CKD);
- Cancer chemotherapy;
- HIV infection treatment with zidovudine;
- Reduces the need for red blood cell transfusions in patients at high risk for blood loss due to planned surgery or other procedures.
Contraindications:
