Doxulip 20mg Injection

Description:

  • Doxulip 20mg Injection is an anticancer medication containing doxorubicin encapsulated in a closed lipid sphere (liposome).

Uses:

  • Breast cancer
  • Ovarian cancer
  • Multiple myeloma
  • AIDS-related Kaposi’s sarcoma

Mechanism of Action:

  • Doxorubicin inhibits the activity of the enzyme topoisomerase II, which is involved in the DNA multiplication of cancer cells. This prevents the growth and multiplication of cancer cells.

Important Information:

  • Not recommended for adolescents and children.
  • Use effective birth control during treatment and at least six months after the last dose.
