Class: Antineoplastic drug, tyrosine kinase inhibitor
Indications:
- First-line treatment in adults with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to other parts of the body, and where the cancer has certain changes in the EGFR (epidermal growth factor receptor) gene.
Contraindications:
- Do not take if you are allergic to dacomitinib or any other ingredients of this medicine.
- Inform your physician if you have any other lung problems.
