Description
- Active ingredient: Nilotinib.
- Class: Antineoplastic drug, tyrosine kinase inhibitor.
- Use: Treatment of Philadelphia chromosome-positive chronic myeloid leukemia (Ph-positive CML) in adult and pediatric patients, including those newly diagnosed and those who have experienced side effects from previous treatment, such as Imatinib.
Contraindications
