Bdpalbo 125 mg is a targeted therapy containing the active constituent palbociclib. It belongs to the group of anticancer medications known as cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitors. It is used in treating hormone receptor-positive, human epidermal growth factor 2 negative advanced or metastatic (has spread to other parts of the body) breast cancer. Cancer is a condition in which cells multiply in an uncontrolled and abnormal manner. It is given in combination with certain other anticancer medications. 

The common side effects that are likely to associate with Bdpalbo 125 mg are nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, tiredness, hair loss, dry skin, rash, infections, nose bleed, decreased appetite, low blood cell counts, swelling of lips and mouth, changes in taste, dry eye, blurred vision, and increased tearing. Concurrent use of palbociclib with CYP3A4 inhibitors such as fentanyl has reported increased fentanyl toxicity. certain medications may interact with the effectiveness of this drug.
