Active substance: Pazopanib

Class: Tyrosine kinase inhibitor (antineoplastic drug)

Uses:

• Advanced renal cell carcinoma
• Advanced soft tissue sarcoma

Mechanism of action:

• Prevents the activity of proteins involved in the growth and spread of cancer cells by acting against a protein called Vascular Endothelial Growth Factors (VEGF)

Important information:

• Do not take if you are allergic to Pazopanib or any other ingredients of this medicine
