Apnat 60mg Tablet

Uses:

  • Metastatic castration-sensitive prostate cancer.
  • Non-metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer.

Mechanism of Action:

  • Apnat 60 mg is a selective androgen receptor (AR) inhibitor that binds directly to the androgen receptor binding domain.
  • It inhibits protein transportation in the nucleus, DNA binding, and AR-mediated transcription.

Dosage and Administration:
