It is used to treat chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) in adults in combination with Rituximab. This medicine is given to those who have received medicine at least once in previous or patient's cancer cells with a genetic mutation named 17p deletion or TP53 and who are not eligible for other therapies. Additionally, this medicine is used for treating adult patients with follicular lymphoma as monotherapy. It is not recommended for those younger than 18 years.
