Meloto Spray

Meloto spray contains an active component of Melatonin. This medication is often used as a medication to help manage sleep-related issues, such as insomnia, jet lag, and certain sleep disorders. Insomnia is a sleep disorder characterized by difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, or experiencing non-restorative sleep, often leading to daytime fatigue and impaired functioning. Jet lag is a temporary sleep disorder that occurs when a person's internal body clock (circadian rhythm) becomes disrupted due to rapid travel across multiple time zones, leading to symptoms like fatigue, sleep disturbances, and difficulty adjusting to the new time zone. People who work night shifts or rotating shifts may experience difficulty sleeping during the day due to a misalignment of their circadian rhythm. Meloto spray can sometimes be used to help adjust sleep patterns in these cases. Some individuals have a naturally delayed circadian rhythm, leading to difficulty falling asleep at a conventional bedtime and waking up at a desired time. It might be used to help adjust the sleep-wake cycle to a more suitable schedule. 

Individuals hypersensitive or allergic to Meloto spray or any ingredients in this medication should avoid their use. Some individuals could experience allergic reactions or other adverse effects. Some people might experience allergic symptoms such as skin rashes, itching, swelling, or difficulty breathing after taking this medication. Its use might sometimes trigger headaches or migraines in sensitive individuals. Contraindications for this medication use include pregnancy and breastfeeding, autoimmune disorders, bleeding disorders, organ transplant recipients on immunosuppressants, seizure disorders, children and adolescents, liver or kidney disorders, and potential interactions with medications. Before giving this medication to a child, especially infants or young children, consult a pediatrician. Older adults may be more sensitive to its effects, and a lower dose might be sufficient.
