Cilacar TC 12.5mg Tablet

Uses:

• Treats hypertension (high blood pressure) when a single medication is ineffective.

Active Ingredients:

• Telmisartan
• Cilnidipine
• Chlorthalidone

Mechanism of Action:

• Relaxes blood vessels, making it easier for the heart to pump blood.
• Decreases the risk of heart attack and stroke by lowering blood pressure.

Dosage:

• Depends on the condition and individual response to the medication.
• Should be taken at a fixed time daily, as advised by the doctor.
• Can be taken on an empty stomach or with food.
• Do not break or chew the tablet; swallow it whole with a glass of water.
